Call to Action - Letters

Unlike formal protests which had to be submitted before July 9, 2008, informal protests or comments have no deadline for submittal. As the title suggests, your letter can be informal, but should highlight serious concerns you have or point out problems you see with the proposed project.

  • Be specific.
  • Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address if you have one.
  • Use the docket number A08-05-039 and title “San Joaquin Cross Valley Loop Transmission Project” or the letter may be lost.

Mail to: Public Advisor's Office at: CPUC Public Advisor, 505 Van Ness Avenue, Room 2103, San Francisco, CA 94102

You may also e-mail your letter to the Public Advisor's Office at public.advisor@cpuc.ca.gov.

You may contact the Public Advisor’s Office by phone at 1-866-849-8390 or 1-415-703-2074

The Honorable Hallie Yacknin
is the administrative law judge assigned to the case and her
address is the same except the room # is 5003.
You may want to c.c. her for good measure.
